Procedure

  1. 1 Pay the testing fee to the cashier: P 300.00 – testing fee for college
  2. 2 Present your receipt to the Student Placement and Development Center for scheduling of examination.

Note: For Saturday schedule, kindly pay in advance. Business Office is closed on Saturdays.

San Lorenzo Ruiz College of Ormoc, Inc. ("SLRC", "we", "us", or "our") is deeply committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.   • Personal Details: Full name, age, date of birth, home address, email address, and applicant type submitted explicitly during pre-registration or student onboarding.
  • Academic Information: Previous schools attended, year level, current semester, subject loads, and admission application details.
  • Financial Data: Outstanding balances, institutional fines, and college fund records securely linked to your authorized student profile.
  • Technical & Security Data: Google Account identifiers (via Google Sign-In), secure session tokens, browser type, interaction logs, and automated risk analysis data (via Google reCAPTCHA).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate educational and administrative purposes, specifically to:

  • Process, route, and evaluate admission inquiries directly to authorized college administrators.
  • Maintain and update official academic and financial records within our secure database.
  • Authenticate and secure your access to the Student Dashboard and Administration Console.
  • Communicate official college announcements, examination schedules, and administrative notices.

3. Consent & Automated Processing

By actively checking the consent box on our pre-registration form, you provide explicit, informed consent for SLRC to collect and process your submitted data. Additionally, our portal utilizes Google reCAPTCHA v2 to protect our forms from automated abuse and spam. The reCAPTCHA algorithm collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for security analysis. Your use of the reCAPTCHA widget is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information. We share your data strictly on a need-to-know basis under the following circumstances:

  • Institutional Personnel: With authorized college administrators, faculty, and admissions staff to evaluate applications and manage student profiles.
  • Legal Authorities: With the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) or legally mandated government agencies when required by law.
  • Cloud Service Providers: With trusted third-party platforms that maintain strict data processing agreements, including Google Workspace (for email routing and authentication), Vercel (for secure web hosting), Neon (for encrypted PostgreSQL database storage), and Cloudinary (for media hosting).

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures—including SSL/TLS encryption, secure HTTP-only session tokens, and strict database access controls—to protect your data against unauthorized access. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by institutional retention guidelines.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, the right to access, the right to object, the right to erasure or blocking, the right to damages, the right to file a complaint, the right to rectify, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights regarding your portal data, please contact the College Dean or the SLRC Data Protection Officer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This portal is intended for the exclusive use of prospective students, actively enrolled students, faculty, and authorized administrators of the SLRC College of Pharmacy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the portal.

2. User Accounts and Security

Access to the Student Dashboard and Admin Console requires authorization. Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Google Accounts and login credentials. Any activity occurring under your authorized account is your sole responsibility. You must promptly notify the College Dean of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the portal only for lawful academic and administrative purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to bypass security measures, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the system.
  • Using automated scripts, web scrapers, or bots to extract data from the portal.
  • Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information during pre-registration or onboarding.
  • Distributing malicious software, viruses, or disruptive code through the portal.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this portal, including but not limited to logos, seals, text, graphics, curriculum structures, and software code, is the exclusive property of San Lorenzo Ruiz College of Ormoc, Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The portal and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, the College does not warrant that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. The College reserves the right to suspend or maintain the portal without prior notice.
